In recent years we've seen a greater and greater opportunity to reach further, beyond our New England roots, to help more people, which led us to create AU-AMC, to extend a helping hand across the entire U.S.

Aaron Adler
Founder, CEO
With over 36 years of experience in the appraisal industry Aaron founded AU AMC to support the needs of large scale mortgage lenders, as well as real estate investors and developers. He is a certified appraiser in six states and a licensed real estate broker. He prioritizes communication, client satisfaction, detail, and responsiveness. Aaron lives in Needham, Massachusetts with his wife and enjoys softball, biking, skiing, kayaking, and traveling. They have four grown children.​
Jaime Capozzoli
Chief Operating Officer
Jaime has been an working with Aaron since 2001, with particular emphasizing on customer service and professional delivery in every aspect of the business. Jaime graduated from Endicott College, where she played field hockey and softball. She now enjoys supporting her son in his sports endeavors and her daughter in her dance activities. Jaime’s dedication to the team and her family reflects her strong commitment to both professional and personal excellence.
Sarah Cole
Chief Financial Officer
Sarah holds an undergraduate degree from Babson College and a Master’s degree from UMass Boston. She joined the AU team in 2021, bringing her expertise to the financial operations of the company. Like everyone on the team, Sarah is dedicated to providing to prompt service and attention to every detail, especially the pennies. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their three boys.
